SIT, a new documentary by Los Angeles-based filmmaker Yoko Okumura, is now available to watch on Trike Daily.

The documentary, which follows Okumura’s family over several years, juxtaposes the discipline of her father, Shohaku Okumura, an abbot and Eihei Dogen translator, and her brother, Masaki, who is struggling to find his own path.

Watch the film below, and learn more about the making of SIT in this Q&A with the filmmaker.
