Zen and the Art of Aging Gracefully: A Virtual Workshop with Lewis Richmond

One of the most fundamental teachings of Buddhism is the truth of impermanence: the reality that everything in life changes.

We live out this truth within our own minds and bodies as we grow older—a process that is challenging as well as potentially liberating. So how can we approach aging with ease and joy, rather than fear and avoidance?

Join Tricycle and Zen teacher Lewis Richmond on October 27 for a special live virtual workshop, Zen and the Art of Aging Gracefully. In this hour-long event, Lewis will offer a dharma talk on aging as spiritual practice, a short guided practice, and audience Q&A.

Workshop participants will receive an exclusive discount on Richmond’s online course, Aging as a Spiritual Practice, which offers teachings and guided practices for embracing the opportunities for spiritual transformation within the aging process.

This donation-based workshop will take place on Zoom on Wednesday, October 27 at 5 p.m. EDT / 2 p.m. PDT.
