This week, Spring will discuss the importance of connecting to the body as one of the main tenets of mindfulness. 

“We live outside of the body all the time, and this leads to all kinds of suffering,” Spring says in the video. “Because we’re not in our body and we’re lost in the mind, we suffer a lot more. We’re not int he heart, we’re not feeling, we’re not connected to our intuitive awareness, we’re just not able to be present.”
