Guided Audio Meditations

The goal of these exercises is to get to know our minds better, to cultivate insight and peace, to become calmer and more focused. Meditation practices can transform the way you think, and the way you view the world. They can actually change the way your mind works. By studying our body, our feelings, our perceptions, thoughts, and consciousness itself, we make the mind stronger. When we practice mindfulness, the mind itself becomes clearer, and we are more able to understand things deeply.

When you hear the gongs, the meditation exercise is complete.
