One of the films we’re very excited to showcase in this festival is Crazy Wisdom, Johanna Demetrakas’s documentary about the controversial but hugely influential Tibetan teacher Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Allen Ginsberg considered him his guru; Thomas Merton wanted to write a book with him; Pema Chodron was his student and Joni Mitchell wrote a song about him. Watch the trailer below.
