Here at Tricycle we’re excited about the Summer 2010 cover which features a photograph of a Bodhisattva statue taken through a graffitied pane of glass. The image was taken by Felicia Megginson, a New York-based artist who calls her photographic process “purposeful wandering” and considers it to be something of a walking meditation. Her photograph, part of a series entitled “Post No Bills,” captures both the traditional and contemporary aspects of Buddhism in the West. Here’s the full photograph below—without text or cropping.
