We’re a week and a half into Meditation Month 2016! Maybe you’re satisfied on your cushion. Or maybe you’re itching to move around while still focusing on the breath.

In this guided meditation, Jill Satterfield instructs you on how to practice sitting and walking meditations, as well as restorative yoga postures, while using breath as an anchor.

“Whatever is going on around us, we can be practicing,” Satterfield says in the video. “I want you to see where you’re breathing when you’re moving, so that we’re not creating this very cut-and-dried distinction of ‘now I’m practicing’ and ‘now I’m getting up’ . . .  Really pay attention to your movements and your breath as much as you can, as you get up to start walking.”
