Pope Francis Calls for Interreligious Dialogue with Buddhists

While addressing a delegation of 33 monks and 60 lay Buddhists from Thailand, Pope Francis emphasized the need for interreligious dialogue, friendship, and collaboration. The delegation was visiting the Vatican for a conference titled “Friendship Between Buddhists and Christians for a Culture of Encounter.”
