3:00 a.m. Beginning early in the morning until about 6 a.m., I practice yoga and meditation, then stationary biking or walking. After that, I eat breakfast and usually bake a delicious treat!

8:00 a.m. I spend most of the second half of the morning reading, prepping for an internet meditation course, and conducting online interviews with students.  After 33 years of maintaining a downtown facility, I now do all of my writing and administrative work for LTMC from the home and guest casita my wife and I recently built.

4:00 p.m. Around noon I eat my lunch and then resume work in the office. Working at home affords me the ability to enjoy both morning and early evening walks on the outskirts of Santa Fe in the Sangre de Cristo foothills. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place.

5:00 p.m. When I’m back from my walk I first feed the fish, then my wife, Sabine, and I relax and catch up on the day’s events. At 8 p.m. I again practice meditation, then rest.
