Tricycle’s 31-Day Meditation Program:
Mindfulness, Wisdom, and Compassion
with John Dunne

Join Tricycle’s 31-day meditation program to learn about the pillars of Buddhism and mindfulness with meditation teacher John Dunne.

Begins February 17, 2026

Whether you’re new to meditating or a longtime practitioner, Tricycle’s 31-day meditation program for subscribers is a great way to kickstart your practice. In this series, John Dunne presents teachings on mindfulness, the foundation of all Buddhist meditative practices.

This series will invite you to ask the questions, “What is meditation and what is it good for?” While appreciating how secularized mindfulness has entered the cultural mainstream as an effective way to deal with stress and other issues, we will see that, for Buddhist practice, mindfulness meditation is deeply connected to the cultivation of wisdom and compassion for the achievement of our spiritual goals. We will also experiment with bringing mindful awareness into our daily lives and cultivating greater flourishing for ourselves and others.

Offerings include:

• A new video teaching sent to your inbox each week

Daily emails with a new meditation prompt each day

Daily supporting articles along with the meditation prompts in your inbox

• A live Q&A session with Dunne on Thursday, March 19 at 12 p.m. ET

Sign up below to get started on February 17.

This series was originally released in 2025. If you didn’t get a chance to participate or would like to revisit the program, sign up today.
