If you’ve lost a loved one during the pandemic, you’re not alone. With our usual rituals of mourning disrupted, and many family and friends still unable to safely gather, grieving during these times can be a particularly complex and lonely experience.

Tricycle is here to help. We invite you to join us for a live virtual COVID grief circle on October 14 led by beloved meditation teacher Sharon Salzberg and psychologist Dr. Sameet Kumar, a grief counselor and author of Grieving Mindfully: A Compassionate and Spiritual Guide to Coping with Loss.

This event is designed to create a safe space of connection and support for anyone who is currently experiencing loss, whether due to the coronavirus or other causes. In this hour-long event, Sharon and Sameet will offer a talk, guided practice, and short group discussion to help you meet these difficult times with mindfulness, care, and compassion.
