WENDY EGYOKU NAKAO ROSHI
Wendy Egyoku Nakao Roshi has been the abbot of the Zen Center of Los Angeles, the mother temple of the White Plum lineage, since 1999. She is a founding member of the Zen Peacemaker community and has used one of their foundational teachings, the Three Tenets, as the basis for her Dharma Talk “Hold to the Center!”, as well as to shape ZCLA’s mission throughout her tenure.
