Ajahn Mun

Ajahn Mun (1870–1949) was a Thai monk who, along with Ajahn Sao Kantasīlo, established the Thai forest tradition of Theravada Buddhism. Very little was recorded of his teachings. A Heart Released is one of the only written sources of his teachings available in English.
