Benjamin Schonthal

Benjamin Schonthal is Professor of Buddhist Studies and Affiliate Professor of Law at the University of Otago in New Zealand, where he also codirects the Otago Centre for Law and Society. He is the author of Buddhism, Politics and the Limits of Law and Courts, Constitutions and Karma, and the coeditor with Tom Ginsburg of the book Buddhism and Comparative Constitutional Law.
