Russell C. Leong is the author of a new book of fiction, Phoenix Eyes and Other Stories (University of Washington Press, 2000), which explores issues of Buddhism, sexuality, AIDS, and migration. He is editor of UCLA's Amerasia Journal and is a contributing editor to Tricycle.
