How much feeling is too much?
I have felt reassured by Buddhist teachings that contend that our emotions are normal and that it is ok to allow ourselves to feel them, but that it is the clinging to emotions that can cost us our Buddhist badges. Where, though, should we draw the line between allowed emotional responses to life’s hardships and the unhealthy attachment to those emotions?
