Tenzin Kalsang is a children’s librarian at the Brooklyn Public Library. A graduate of Smith College, she got her Library of Science Masters (MLIS) from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She was born in Tibet, raised in a Tibetan refugee camp in India, and has a strong passion for working with children and helping others, especially those from traditionally marginalized groups.
