In this online retreat, Anne C. Klein offers teachings and guided meditations that will help you cultivate an unbounded heart. Each of the four weekly segments, which draw from the classical Tibetan teachings of Longchenpa and Jigme Lingpa, will illuminate the embodied presence of one of the four immeasurables: equanimity, love, compassion, and joy. A Rice University professor, Klein is also a longtime Tibetan Buddhist practitioner and teacher. Her familiarity and ease with the classical texts make her teachings accessible and relevant to your everyday life.

Anne C. Klein is professor and chair of Religious Studies at Rice University in Houston, Texas. She is also a founding director and resident teacher of Dawn Mountain, a center for contemplative study and practice in Houston. Her publications include Path to the Middle (SUNY Press), Unbounded Wholeness, coauthored with Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche (Oxford University Press), and Knowledge and Liberation (Snow Lion Publications).
