Higher Calling

Director: Ben Forman
Country: USA
Year: 2026

Higher Calling, a new documentary by Ben Forman, captures the raw, emotional landscape of grief as it invites audiences to consider difficult questions: Why do we shy away from grief? How do we prepare for death? And what happens when we die? After the sudden death of his brother, Forman embarks on a journey through the Himalayas in search of answers to these questions. What he finds is something deeper. Higher Calling is a film about brotherhood, resilience, and what it means to keep moving when you don’t know what you’re moving toward.
