While out on an excursion in the mountains, a Tibetan hunter encounters a ghoulish skeleton. Unsure whether the demon is friend or foe, the hunter soon becomes the hunted and has to outwit the fearsome monster. In The Hunter and the Skeleton, director Gentsu Gyatso (Bai Bin) draws on traditional thangka painting technique and music native to Tibet to create this animated rendition of a classic Tibetan folktale.
