Meditation Month is back! Join us for our annual challenge to commit to a daily meditation practice throughout the month of January. This year, our Meditation Month teacher, Christina Feldman, will guide us through the cultivation of samadhi. Samadhi is an integral part of meditative development showing us the way to cultivate what the Buddha refers to as a well-trained heart and mind that comes to know the deepest peace and happiness. Each week, we’ll share a new video that will contain reflections on the theme and practice guidelines. Learn about additional Meditation Month offerings here.
