She is the founder of Bodhi Courses, an online Dhamma classroom, and Insight Meditation South Bay, a center for mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom in Silicon Valley, California. Her latest book is Beyond Distraction: Five Practical Ways to Focus the Mind.
