John Canti is Editorial Co-Director of 84000: Translating the Words of the Buddha and has been closely involved in the project since its beginnings twelve years ago. Before that, he was a Fellow of the Tsadra Foundation. He currently lives in the Dordogne, France, has been a practicing Buddhist in the Tibetan tradition since the early seventies, and is a founding member of the Padmakara Translation Group.
