Radhule Weininger is a clinical psychologist and teacher of Buddhist meditation and Buddhist psychology. She is the cofounder and guiding teacher of the nonprofit Mindful Heart Programs, and the author of Heart Medicine: How to Stop Painful Patterns and Find Freedom and Peace-at Last (Shambhala, 2021), and Heartwork: The Path of Self-Compassion (Shambhala, 2017).
