Meditation Month is back! Join us for our annual challenge to commit to a daily meditation practice throughout the month of January. This year, our Meditation Month teacher, Scott Tusa, will guide us through the four boundless states, and how they can provide a meaningful pathway for transformation. Each week, we’ll share a new video that will contain reflections on the theme and practice guidelines. Learn about additional Meditation Month offerings here.
Scott Tusa is a Buddhist meditation teacher and practitioner with over two decades of experience in the exploration and embodiment of the Buddhist path.
