Santacitta Bhikkhuni
Santacitta Bhikkhuni trained in the Thai Forest Tradition at Amaravati and Chithurst Buddhist Monasteries in England before co-founding Aloka Vihara with Ayya Anandabodhi in 2009. She received bhikkhuni ordination in 2011 and holds a graduate degree in cultural anthropology. She serves as spiritual director of the Saranaloka Foundation and resides at Aloka Earth Room in San Rafael, California.
