Norma Harris is a Buddhist chaplain in the Shambhala tradition. She and her husband, Dan Phillips, recently opened the nondenominational Grant Park Meditation and Contemplative Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia. They have been practitioners of Shambhala Buddhism for 24 years.
