Even if sad events continue, we can always try to turn them into positive experiences, and they can change into positive memories.
Bad days may eventually turn into good days. Bad relationships may turn into good ones.
Be someone who can make those things happen. Live today the best you can.
When you are sad, be sad with all your heart. When you are angry, be angry with all your heart. When you laugh, laugh with all your heart.
Live well. Don’t waste the day that is today. This is what it means to live.
